In 5 years our 10x5 unit price has doubled in cost, now I get storage places increase prices but double!!! What makes it worse is I could get a discounted 2 month for 165 then 330 monthly after for a 10x10 at the exact same price as my current 10x5 at the same location if I were a new client. There does not seem to be a transparent reason for the price increases and the pricing in general.
