Storage is great however restrooms at Lyons 1st ave were in very poor conditions
I paid for a storage unit there and had to get an Uber to bring all of my things out of my big rig truck when I got there the code didn't work and it was after 8:00 so no one answered the phone and I had to sit outside for several hours in the cold and finally I got through to someone who said he would help because the first person on the phone said the only thing he could do was leave a message to the manager of the facility in an email I think this was terrible and I should get refunded a percentage of something
