The location is great, the facility is clean, and the staff is helpful. But the pricing is the problem. I had a 5’x10’ unit that started at $112, then increased to $127, then to $166, and after 6 months, by March 19, 2026, I was notified that the new price starting April 1st would increase again to $188. That’s a $76 increase since 2024, which feels completely unfair when you see they are offering the same size, first-floor access unit for a $59.50 promotional price (down from $119). Please see the uploaded images of invoices and the screenshot I took today on April 1st, 2026. I decided to move out and found a nearby climate-controlled unit for under $100 total. It took about 6 hours and $45 for a U-Haul, but it was worth it. It feels like they raise prices on existing customers knowing many won’t bother moving. I don’t recommend this company. This is an extra add-on to my review on April 6th, 2026, after the location owner/company response: Thank you for your response. Yes, I still say your team - Luis and Christine - are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They are the most valuable part of the location. That said, my concern is specifically with your pricing policy and how it impacts long-term customers. While I understand that periodic increases can be standard in many industries, a roughly 60% increase within two years is not typical and is significantly above market averages based on my experience (I have been using storage units since 2013 and currently have four other units, so please understand that I have extensive experience with pricing changes in the market) and what I have found locally. Back in September 2025, when my rate increased from $127 to $166, I asked about any possible discounts or accommodations and was told none were available - both in person and through customer service. At the same time, you are now offering the same unit type for $59.50 for two months (down from $119) as a promotion. This creates a clear gap between how new and existing customers are treated. If $119 (or even lower promotional pricing) is acceptable for new customers, it raises the question of why there is no effort to retain loyal, long-term renters at a more reasonable rate. From a customer perspective, this pricing structure feels unpredictable and discouraging. Ultimately, this approach makes the facility a poor fit for long-term renters. I stand by my decision to move out - it saved me a lot of money - and my recommendation remains the same. I do not recommend your company to anyone who plans to rent longer than 6 months. Period. Customers will naturally choose providers that offer more consistent and fair pricing over time. My intent with this review is to protect other people from your company’s unpredictable price changes. So please consider renting from this company if you are planning to stay longer than 6 months and don’t want large increases like I experienced. Please see my screenshots!
